瀨野……

覺得今次「瀨」左野*……

何解呢?一來小食是用即棄發泡膠碟盛載……

二來湯麵皆失手,唯有肉可吃,唉……

對了,那麼這一間我認為「瀨野」的食店是什麼呀?

就是大名鼎鼎的「味千拉麵」!

真是有「瀨野」X100倍的感覺丫!不過,這家只是在Flushing的foodcourt店,所以就將就一下吧!聽聞還有一家分店在唐人街,我會再試的,我會再試的……

*瀨野:廣東俗語,指不幸地遇上倒霉事,有「踏中地雷」之意。

    照計啲麵係有配方,
    煮嘅方法都係有程序架,
    點解啲麵反而唔得呢?

    你去過油麻地個間”橫綱”沒有?? 試過你一定不會再踏足”味千”~~

    橫綱好耐好耐好耐之前去過, 好味呀!

    但係要食拉麵都唔可以下下等成個鐘喎……

  5. I love that word – “瀨” – that’s exactly how I felt after tasting their noodles in Toronto. Soup base was very salt, so salty to a point that you can easy kill your high-blood pressured spouse by taking them there twice or so, in my opinion. Their specialty – 拉麵 was nothing special. It looked & tasted just like angel hair pasta.

    We think the names “老千拉麵” or “味精拉麵” are more appropriate…….

  6. 我觉得上海的味千很好啊…
    不过flushing也有味千的么?没见过耶…chinatown那间倒是看到路过几次.没试过.
